About Adelaide Mindfulness
When teaching MSC my aim is to focus on the intension that brings me to practice and let go of the outcome. This way MSC gently sort of 'creeps up' on you and in you, in the nicest possible way. That’s certainly been my experience. For me it’s a feeling, or a state of being that I have attained that speaks to me much more eloquently than words. So consequentially, I aim to honour this and teach from the heart.
