Due to travel and interstate teaching I will not be offering community meditations for the first part of 2019. Please stay connected via subscribing to our email list and I will keep you in touch regarding new meditation offerings and workshops as they unfold this year.

Monthly Mindfulness practice sessions at Cumberland Park.

These sessions are open to anyone who is interested in practicing secular mindfulness / compassion meditation. No previous meditation experience is required. The format of each session involves guided practices led by Barb Hancock, followed by informal discussion about the practice. Meditations include: connecting to the breath; open awareness of sounds and thoughts; body scan; loving - kindness practice and mindful stretching. These practices can assist in developing increased clarity, balance and joy in every-day life.

Venue: Cumberland Park : Sophia Centre, 225 Cross Road, Cumberland Park
Cost: $10 /Concession $5 Time: 9.30am-11.00am
Dates for 2019: The first Tuesday of the month
