8-Week MSC Programs

These programs are open to adults of any age.

The 8-sessions are delivered over 8-consecutive weeks, allowing time between each session to put the new skills and practices into use in your everyday life. Each session brings a new theme and thoughtfully builds on the previous week. All Adelaide Mindfulness programs are taught by two Trained MSC Teachers, this ensures an optimal safe and rich learning environment. 

Attendance of either an 8-week or a 5-day intensive MSC program is one of the pre-requisites for MSC teacher training. There have been two MSC teacher training in Australia, one in April 2017 and one in September 2018. Tina was part of the teaching team alongside Chris Germer for both of these teacher trainings.


Meet the Teachers

Adelaide Mindfulness has a core of highly experienced and skilled MSC Teachers who all embody MSC.

Tina co-teaches with Peter Gibson, bringing a wonderful balance to the teaching. As well as being a trained MSC Teacher and Counsellor, Pete has years of experience in the building industry and a deep understanding of the difficulties men face both with the inner critic and self-kindness.

The past participants that regularly attend the MSC Booster sessions often comment that the Heart's Nest space is welcoming, warm and peaceful. Refreshing the MSC practices with like minded people seems to be a booster shot to the spirit. People often find the walk through the garden to and from the space is a calming practice in itself.
