Adelaide Mindfulness offer 8-week and 5-day intensive Mindful Self-Compassion programs, retreats and workshops.
Mindful Self-Compassion 8-week programs
These programs are open to adults of any age.
The 8-week involves 1 x 3-hour session over 8-consecutive weeks, allowing time between each session to put the new skills and practices into use in your everyday life.
Mindful Self-Compassion 5-Day Intensive Programs
MSC can be experienced in an intensive format, with the 8-sessions occurring over consecutive days including the extra retreat session. The group deeply connects and the immersion itself can deepen understanding.
The MSC intensive follows the same format and content as the 8-week program.
Due to work or family commitments the intensive training may work better for some, it allows participants to fully immerse themselves in MSC. There are options of retreat style residential MSC intensives or non-residential. For 2021 we are currently offering one in April and July.
