Mindful Self-Compassion 8-week programs
These programs are open to adults of any age.
Participating in MSC over 8 consecutive weeks can allow time between each session to put the new skills and practices into use in your everyday life.
Each session brings a new theme and thoughtfully builds on the previous. All Adelaide Mindfulness programs are co-facilitated by both a Certified and a Trained MSC Teacher, this ensures an optimal safe and rich learning environment.
Attendance of either an 8-week or a 5-day intensive MSC program is one of the pre-requisites for MSC teacher training.
