MSC SUPPORT SESSIONS WITH TINA OR PETER

New to MSC: If you are considering joining a MSC program and would like an individual session to get a taste of what MSC is all about.

Perhaps you wish to learn meditation.

A past MSC participant: Taking the MSC program is the starting point on your path of deepening MSC. Ongoing support is a vital part in maintaining practice. 

MSC Teachers: If you have already taken the next step and participated in the MSC teacher training then individual support from a senior teacher such as Tina may be just what you need to help you to flourish. 

Mentorship towards MSC teacher certification: Tina is one of the UCSD's  senior mentors.

Support Options

Individual support sessions are available either in person or on-line via the Zoom platform. 

  • Introduction Session to MSC: $80 / 90-minutes 
  • Support Session for Past MSC Participants: $60 / 90-minutes
  • Coaching for New MSC Teachers: $100 / hour
  • MSC certification mentoring: $150 / hour
