Mindful Self-Compassion 8-week programs

These programs are open to adults of any age.
The 8-week involves 1 x 3-hour session over 8-consecutive weeks, allowing time between each session to put the new skills and practices into use in your everyday life.


Each session brings a new theme and thoughtfully builds on the previous one/s. All Adelaide Mindfulness programs are co-facilitated by both a Certified and a Trained MSC Teacher, this ensures an optimal safe and rich learning environment. 

Attendance of either an 8-week or a 5-day intensive MSC program is one of the pre-requisites for MSC teacher training. There have been two MSC teacher training in Australia, one in April 2017 and one in September 2018. Tina was part of the teaching team alongside Chris Germer for both of these teacher trainings.

Our MSC program fee includes a copy of the new MSC Workbook, written by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer. We also provide herbal teas and refreshments each session.

Location: 9 Reedie Street Henley Beach

Dates: September 12th - 7th of November*

(*Please note there will not be a session on Thursday the 17th of October)

Days & times: Thursdays 6:00pm - 9:00pm

4-hour retreat morning of practice on Saturday the 26th of October: 9am - 1pm

Cost: Full fee $660 (thank you for supporting concession places), Concession $550 (we're glad you can come along), Bring a Friend $550 (share the experience and save).
